Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
Avispa places people into work. A site that excludes people is at odds with what we do. We build and maintain avispaglobal.com to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, or need larger text and higher contrast.
Standard we work to
We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2, Level AA. That standard covers contrast, keyboard operability, text alternatives, and predictable navigation. We test against it during design and again before release.
Known limitations
Client logos in the trusted-by row are supplied as bitmaps and may blur at very high zoom. Some third-party destinations we link to, including job platforms and social networks, are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
Tell us when we fall short
If any part of this site blocks you, tell us and we will fix it. Call 650.366.4955 or use the contact form. We respond within one business day and will provide the information you needed in another format while we work on a permanent fix.
What we build in
-
Keyboard operable throughout
Every link, button, and field is reachable by Tab, with a visible focus ring at all times.
-
Contrast at AA or better
Gold never carries body text on white. A darker amber is used for links and eyebrows on light surfaces.
-
Text alternatives on every image
Photographs and logos carry descriptive alt text. Decorative marks are hidden from screen readers.
-
Forms that explain themselves
Labels are persistent, errors are described in text rather than color alone, and messages are announced.
-
Motion you can turn off
Scroll reveals and transitions respect the reduced motion setting in your operating system.
-
Tap targets at 44px minimum
Every control on phone and tablet meets the minimum comfortable target size.
